The way to be and stay a lower weight is by creating a lifestyle that will allow it rather easily. It sounds like you are jumping from one extreme to another. Food, overall, is good for you, though it appears there is at least one aspect of your diet that is not. Play around with your diet, look for intolerances, and talk to your doctor about your issues (your doctor may suggest an elimination diet to see what's up), but don't stop eating. There is never a good reason to starve yourself. You may want to look at the foods you are eating a re-evaluate, if you’re allergic to them they will cause inflammation and bloating. So for example if you were to weigh 150lbs, you would try to drink between 75 and 150 ounces each day. They say for every pound you weigh you should drink. I think they’ll give you the 30 day challenge diet without having to buy the products but I’m not sure, I just got the diet from a personal trainer for free. There’s also diets online that can give you a pretty spelled out diet like advocare. Using apps like myfitnesspal are great to help you track your calories. You can also start weighing your food with a food scale so you can accurately measure how much you’re eating. Eating small amounts every three hours is also healthier than eating big meals three times a day. For the past ten months I started eating a lot of sweets, no physical activity, reason why I gained weight. Last year I was eating 600 calories or so and only then I lost weight. I am depressed and think about giving up. I began working out a lot, eating healthy (yes, less calories than before), mostly dairy, eggs, cereals yet I feel bloated all the time and look bigger.
